The founder, Elsa Iris Reyes, is an accomplished finance leader with over a decade of experience in corporate finance and nonprofit governance. She specializes in data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and building cross-functional alignment. Her expertise includes implementing governance frameworks, leading ERP system deployments, scaling teams for growth, investor and audit readiness, and managing complex budgets. Elsa currently serves as Vice Chair of EGBI, supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs, and as Governance Chair for Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, where she leverages her financial acumen to navigate complex legislative challenges.
